Avocado toast meets the breakfast brunch. Toast topped with protein, ﬁber, and magnificence makes for a simple breakfast that’s okay for a midmorning snack, too.
1 tablespoon dairy-free butter
4 ounces extra-ﬁrm tofu, drained and pressed (net web page

¼ teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of turmeric
Pinch of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon lime juice
